thatnewone is a web app you install straight onto your phone, no app store needed. Once it's on your home screen, it works exactly like a regular app: a proper icon, no browser bars, opens with one tap.
Because Apple and Google don't allow adult dating apps with explicit content.
Their store policies forbid the kind of frank, grown-up content thatnewone is built around. If we played by their rules, we'd be just another sanitised dating app pretending sex doesn't exist. That's exactly what we built this to avoid.
So we built thatnewone as a Progressive Web App (PWA). That's a fancy name for "a website that installs onto your phone like an app." It still uses your phone's camera, sends you notifications, works offline, and lives on your home screen, but it doesn't go through anyone's store. You're in charge of what's on your phone.
It also means we never pay Apple or Google the standard 30% cut, which is a big part of why this stays free forever.

Open thatnewone.com in Safari (not Chrome, Firefox, or any other browser, this only works in Safari).

Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen. It looks like this: (a square with an arrow pointing up).

Scroll down in the menu that appears. Tap "Add to Home Screen."
