The spirit of this place
thatnewone is built for adults to explore their sexuality openly, safely, and on their own terms. The rules below exist to keep it that way. Everything is geared toward consent, honesty, and treating each other like grown-ups.
Who can be here
You must be at least 18 years old and pass UK age verification before you can interact with anyone on thatnewone. No exceptions. We use a UK-licensed third-party verifier and we never make exceptions for anyone, including the founder.
Real and consenting
Every photo of a person on this platform must be of you, and you must have full consent from every person visible. That means:
- No photos of other people without their explicit permission to be on a public adult dating profile.
- No scraped images, no stock photos, no celebrity photos, no images from other dating sites.
- No AI-generated faces or deepfakes claiming to be you.
- Couples profiles need both people to have agreed to be on the platform together. We may ask you to verify this.
What's allowed
Sexually explicit photos and conversations between consenting adults are welcome here. That's the whole point. Specifically:
- Nude and explicit photos of yourself, on the appropriate content tier.
- Open and frank conversation about kinks, preferences, and what you're looking for.
- Couples and group profiles, ethical non-monogamy, the lifestyle in all its forms.
- Kink and fetish content within the law.
What's never allowed
- Anything involving minors, in any form, ever. This is the only line where we cooperate proactively with law enforcement.
- Non-consensual content. No revenge porn, no leaked content, no recordings or images shared without the subject's explicit consent.
- Anything depicting real violence, coercion, or abuse, including content that pretends to depict it for shock value.
- Bestiality and necrophilia.
- Sex work solicitation. thatnewone is not a platform for selling sex. We respect sex workers, but this isn't the place. There are dedicated platforms that serve that need better and more safely.
- Drug sales or anything else illegal under UK law.
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats. Disagreement is fine. Cruelty is not.
- Catfishing or pretending to be someone you're not.
- Spam, including off-platform redirect attempts and link drops to external services.
Consent in conversation
The content tier system means people have already told you what they want to see and what they want to send. Respect it. Sending an explicit image to someone whose tier is set to vanilla, or whose preferences say "no unsolicited pics," is a violation. Don't push, don't sulk if someone says no, and don't try to pressure people into showing more than they've offered.
The vouch system
Vouches are a real signal of trust between members. Don't trade them, don't sell them, don't vouch for people you haven't actually interacted with respectfully. Inflated vouches damage the system for everyone.
Reporting
If you see something that breaks these rules, report it. Reports are anonymous to the person you're reporting. Our moderation team reviews every report.
- In-app: tap the menu on any profile or message and choose Report.
- Urgent: for anything involving children, threats of violence, or imminent harm, email urgent@thatnewone.co.uk directly.
- Web: our report page.
What happens when you break the rules
Most issues get a warning and a chance to fix things. Serious or repeated violations get a permanent ban. The most serious categories (anything involving children, non-consensual content, threats) are immediate permanent bans with referral to UK law enforcement where appropriate. We don't negotiate on those.
How we moderate
Every uploaded image is automatically scanned by AI before it's visible to anyone else. Human moderators handle reports and edge cases. We aim to respond to all reports as quickly as we can, with the most serious always taking priority.
Appeals
If you've been actioned and you think it's wrong, email appeals@thatnewone.co.uk. We read every one. We don't always change our mind, but we always read.
